Your work is vital to the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients. Must have dependable transportation.What you will do:Reviews labels and/or requisitions, obtains required supplies and equipment necessary to carry out tasksProcesses requisitions for completeness, check appropriate signatures obtained, enter patient data, test requested, requesting physician and billing information into computer. Verifies billing and insurance informationDrives personal vehicle to travel to if coverage needed in another Patient Service CenterWork Hours/Shift:• Part time 24hrs, Day ShiftRequirements:High school diploma/GEDNat'l Phlebotomy Certification preferred. Valid driver’s license in good standing required by the Commonwealth of MA.1 year of experience, preferred.Strong interpersonal skills; strong phlebotomy skills. Adaptability and flexibility necessary for work schedule and patient care requirements.
