In your role, you will be a lead developer on various Foundry built solutions, making integrations into client systems, incorporating AI/LLMs into solutions, and managing solution deployments. You will work with a diverse team of Program/Project Managers, a Global team of Palantir developers (Foundry and AIP), and the Digital & Data team at Jacobs.The chosen candidate will become a member of the Digital & Data team at Jacobs, helping drive innovation in technical project work for our clients in collaboration with subject matter experts, technologists, engineers, data scientists, project managers, and more.Responsibilities:Support the process of analyzing, estimating, modeling, testing, and deploying assigned requirementsWork with clients (internal and external) to understand business requirementsCreate applications and codeDesign, develop, and deploy AI models using LLMsDevelop and maintain data pipelinesIdentify and troubleshoot application quality and performance concernsIncorporate testing and QA of functionality prior to deliveryCollaborate with other sprint team members and management to facilitate project goalsProactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and other problems, reporting status to the management teamDebug, monitor, troubleshoot solutions, and recommend optimizationsSupport the documentation of technical specificationsCross-collaboration between markets, variable business units, and geographies (global time zones)Work with global product teams to develop innovative solutions and products in Palantir Foundry Here's what you'll need 4+ years’ experience with Python and React2+ years’ experience with Palantir FoundryExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs)Experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering/Development, Software Architecture, etc.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyStrong coder with shown proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similarNice to haveExperience with Palantir’s Carbon and AIPExperience with RAG, Prompt Engineering and LLM tuning techniquesExperience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and/or Data ScienceExperience integrating systems and through APIs or other techniquesStrong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data ScienceProficiency in ReactFamiliarity with Ontology SDK (OSDK)#LI-MB5 Posted Salary Range: Minimum 100,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 150,000.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
