The stadium hosts Commanders home games, major concerts, and large-scale events, offering a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong focus on guest experience and premium hospitality.Lead the engine that powers unforgettable guest experiences.The Director of Operations will oversee and elevate all day-to-day operational functions at Northwest Stadium, ensuring seamless execution of events, operational excellence, and alignment with Levy standards. This role will partner closely with venue leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and exceptional service while supporting strategic and financial objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of operations leadership experience in large-scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environmentsExperience managing multi-department operations and large hourly workforcesProficiency with operational budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingKnowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards applicable to large venuesKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all operational departments to ensure consistent execution of venue standardsDevelop and manage operational budgets and forecastsEnsure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulationsCollaborate with culinary, finance, HR, and event partners to support venue goalsLead operational planning and execution for large-scale eventsAnalyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiativesCurious about Life at Levy?
