Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion. Manages practice and provider transitions, including new practice locations and relocations. Facilitates communication and collaboration with cross-functional business partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Works closely with Project Managers and other leaders to assign tasks, assist with schedule management, and ensure accurate and timely work completion. Assists with insurance website eligibility access requests and completes patient notification letters as needed. Collaborates with Business Development to complete branding crosswalk submissions. Analyzes risks and opportunities to inform project planning and execution. Acts as a point of contact and communicates project status to all participants. Develops and implements strategies to optimize project outcomes and achieve organizational goals. Provides leadership and guidance to internal teams to ensure project success.
