All while understanding that together we are even better.Job Description Summary:ANNUAL COMPENSATION $152,137 - $165,680APP Neuro Joint & Spine at AH Parker - Parker, COThis role is an integral member of the orthopedic and neurosurgery service line at AdventHealth Parker Hospital, contributing to the design, implementation, and ongoing development of a comprehensive, high-quality program. The APP will provide leadership by guiding clinical care decisions, supporting teamcommunication, and contributing to the development and improvement of the orthopedic and neurosurgery service line. Using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, this individual will deliver compassionate, coordinated care that supports whole-person healing. As a key leader within the inpatient orthopedic and neurosurgery team, the APP will help manage post-surgical patients; facilitate multidisciplinary rounds; and support discharge planning to ensure optimal recovery. In partnership with the orthopedic and neurosurgical team, nursing, care management, and ancillary services, the APP will work to enhance physician satisfaction, strengthen nursing education and support, and ensure patients and their families receive thorough education and guidance from admission through discharge.
