The ideal Assistant General Manager candidate is passionate about hospitality, food and beverage and location morale/culture. They should have the ability to think proactively and creatively, have decision-making and analytical skills and be effective in written and verbal communication. They are self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, effectively multi-task and drive results.Key Responsibilities:Ensures great guest service and delivery of hospitality standards by holding team accountability to steps of serviceMaintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standardsEstablishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with established policies and practices of the facilityPromotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs.Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; while maintaining excellent relationships with client and the customerAssists to ensure client, customer satisfaction and efficient cost effective managementEngages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the General ManagerPromotes the professional growth and development of all associatesCoordinates the tasks of the subordinate Supervisory and Management team via regular communicationPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree required; or equivalent and relevant experienceAt least 1-3 years of experience, preferredStrong work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality and customer serviceExcellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through (with associates and clients) skills requiredAble to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team membersProficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, preferredCurious about Life at Levy?
