All while understanding that together we are even better.All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:Benefits from Day OnePaid Days Off from Day OneStudent Loan Repayment ProgramSign-on Bonus*Relocation Bonus*Schedule: Full timeShift:Day (United States of America)Address:14055 RIVEREDGE DRCity:TAMPAState:FloridaPostal Code:33637Job Description:• Accountable for achieving the strategic initiative “Improve the Product” (e.g., CMS 5 Star, Leapfrog Grade A, Mortality) outcomes across all campuses in the West Florida Division (WFD)o Managerial/supervisory responsibility for Division’s Chief Nursing Officers (CNO) and Chief Medical Officers (CMO) for outcomeso Operational responsibility for the execution of practices/protocols/processes for improved outcomes• In partnership with Senior Executive Officer (SEO) Acute Care, directly responsible for clinical outcomes for Imaging services, Emergency Services, Anesthesia services and Moffit relationships across all campuses in the West Florida Division• In partnership with SEO Finance and SEO Acute Care for Cost Glidepath reduction as it relates to clinical operations across all campuses in the WFD• WFD Central Verification Office, including CMO and other staff, manage the hospital medical staff credentialing (initial and reappointments) for the division• WFD Clinical Documentation Integrity program, manage all staff and accountable for WFD achievement of CDI outcomes (physician documentation to ensure the medical record for the patients is accurate, concise, complete and meets all guidelines and quality standards)• WFD Division Patient Experience, direct oversight of staff and Patient Experience Operational plan at WFD hospitals• WFD Care Coordination/PPN/BPCI, direct oversight of Division Director and hospital Directors of Case Management to ensure Care Management outcomes are achieved WFD clinical advancement strategy to support education programs to include RN Residency, PCU/ICU internship, ED residency, PeriOp courses, etc.• Deploy strategies to decrease RN turnover and increase retention in partnership with SEO Finance and WFD VPHR• Hospital Medicine program with direct accountability for quality outcomes for contracted hospitalist group across WFD hospitals• Responsible for Regulatory compliance across all hospitals in the WFD• Lead WFD Incident Command Officer ie: COVID / pandemic response; COVID Vaccination strategy, etc.• Serve as divisional representation on AdventHealth committees as requested: AH Nursing Advisory Council; CDI/Coding Steering Committee; Corporate HR Council; Vaccine Operations Council; AH Clinical COVID-19 Analytics Steering Committee; COVID-19 Systems Command; EPIC Steering Committee; Physician Education Subcommittee; Corporate Care Management Council; Wholeness Institute Executive Committee; AH Patient Safety Organization BoardKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Meets AHS mission-related qualifications for senior executive leadership, second tier, as specified in Corporate Executive policy (CEX114 as approved).
