You’ll research, collect, and analyze data to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and recommend improvements that enhance program efficiency, quality, and patient this role, you will:Analyze data and prepare detailed summaries, trends, and graphical reports to support decision-making.Lead performance improvement efforts to strengthen registration accuracy, quality, and compliance.Monitor and evaluate hospital registration performance, identify vulnerabilities, and support corrective/preventive actions.Develop reports, educational materials, and process documentation using multiple system applications.Support onboarding and ongoing education for new and current colleagues; serve as a peer influencer and resource.Apply knowledge of Trinity Health policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant practices.We offer our QA Specialists:Opportunities to directly influence operational quality and patient experienceCollaboration with leadership and cross-functional teamsGrowth opportunities through impactful project work and data-driven initiativeBenefits From Day OneDailyPay! Work Today/Get paid todayTuition ReimbursementWhat you’ll need for this job:Bachelor’s degreein healthcare or equivalent education and experienceFive (5) years of hospital Patient Access experienceStrong working knowledge of insurance, government programs, billing processes, and registration workflowsProfessional certifications preferred:AAPC, AHIMA, HFMA, AAHAM, NAHAMAbility to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to support operational decisionsUnderstanding ofRevenue Cycle KPIsand ability to identify quality and performance risksExperience withCadence, Prelude, Referralapplications strongly preferredMastery in scheduling and insurance verification for at least three modalities (3+ years acute care scheduling experience)Experience training others on Patient Access processes and systemsCompensation: Pay Range:$19.07- $29.55 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles. Trinity Health Benefits SummaryOur Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
