Demonstrate subject matter expertise; translate knowledge into strategic dialogue and value added ideas which result in lead roles3. Solid subject matter expertise including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.5. Understand and have experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues7. Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability8. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfullyPreferred Qualifications:1.
