ServiceNow Expertise:Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB and ITAM.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.2. Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSMAdditional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable.#LI-AK1
