A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Smyrna, DE. This contract position spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible through June 12, 2026, offering a dedicated professional the chance to support students communication and language development.Responsibilities:Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students across various grade levelsConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluationsDevelop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and familiesCollect and analyze progress monitoring data to inform therapy goalsMaintain accurate and timely therapy documentation and notesUtilize software tools such as Data Service Center and Power School IEP for reporting and data managementQualifications and Experience:Active Delaware licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with current documentation Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredExperience working with K-12 students in a school environmentStrong knowledge of IEP development and special education processesAbility to use specialized software for data collection and case managementBilingual skills are a plus but not requiredCommitment to providing on-site services preferred, with hybrid arrangements consideredThis role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, full-time at 37.5 hours per week, within a supportive educational setting.
