Patient Registration Rep Float (FT)

Job Details Description McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Patient Registration Rep for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Greeting, instructing,registering, checking in and directing patients and visitors. Responsible for answering patient billing questions, taking payments, balancing cash drawer and working miscreports. Give general info on clinic services.Will float to different locations in Ames. Education High School Diploma, GED or HiSET Days: Monday - Friday. Possibly one Saturday a month. Hours: M-F8 AM - 5 PM . Possibly one Saturday a month 7:30 AM - noon. Experience Customer Service experience needed. Business Office in a medical clinical setting, preferred. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
