Cleaning & Sanitizing: Maintain clean living spaces by cleaning kennels, play areas, and other facilities, following established protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Walking & Bathing: Provide regular walks for pets, and bathe them when necessary, ensuring they stay happy and healthy. Monitoring Well-being: Observe pets for any signs of illness or discomfort and report any concerns to the team to ensure the health and safety of our animals. Customer Interaction: Interact with pet owners, provide updates, and ensure pets are comfortable and well cared for during their stay. General Assistance: Support the team with various tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for both the animals and their owners. Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseTo meet the needs of our patients and support our team, this role requires flexibility. You must be available to: Work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule Participate in major holiday rotations (shared equitably among the team) Adapt to changing needs of the practice with a positive, team-first attitude ✅ What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Weekend and evening availability is required, including rotating holidays Passion for animals and a strong work ethic Prior animal care or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!
