Overview :The Manager, Digital Products role is a hands-on, functional leader within the ZS Digital Product’s team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital products and solutions that drive business outcomes. You will focus on understanding client needs, shaping product strategies, and delivering digital products - from discovery through execution and go-to-market.You will be accountable for leading large digital products & programs for clients in healthcare, payers, providers, and Life addition, this is a leadership role contributing to building the Product Management function within the Product Management practice across these dimensions: mentoring and growing people, continuous improvement of our Product Management methods and tool kit, client thought leadership, client business development (proposals, RFPs), etc.We are looking for candidates that are boundary spanner and critical thinkers and can lead execution across all phases of the product lifecycle.What You’ll Do:Set and drive product strategyEstablish and align the product vision, roadmap, and priorities with business and client objectives, ensuring scalability and strategic fitGuide teams through structured discovery processes to validate opportunities and align solutions with business needsLead product execution and deliveryOversee product lifecycle management from ideation to build, bringing together business, user, and technical needsWork with team to ensure product requirements are effectively translated into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogsDefine success metrics and drive team accountability for achieving key outcomesStakeholder management and communicationAct as a primary liaison between clients and ZS cross-functional teams and ensure alignment and buy-in on product goalsCommunicate product vision, roadmap progress, and key insights to leadership and clients with clear and compelling storytellingFacilitate executive and cross-functional meetings, driving clarity, decision-making, and prioritization of key initiativesMentorship, team leadership, and capability buildingProvide coaching and mentorship to product team members and support their skill development and career growthHelp establish and evangelize best practices in product management across client and ZSDrive a product-led/customer-centric culture in the work we doMarket and innovation leadershipStay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologiesContribute to thought leadership on product management topics, client impact studies and transformation to the product modelGuide teams in leveraging AI, data, and automation to enhance our offeringsWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor's Degree.
