In the Entry-Level Sales Consultant role, you will work directly with customers to provide information about roofing options, answer questions, and help schedule qualified appointments. What You’ll Do As A Sales Consultant: Speak with customers and provide information on roofing and home improvement solutionsEducate customers on the benefits and help them understand the next stepsSet and confirm appointments based on customer interest and qualificationsMaintain a professional, respectful, and customer-first approach at all timesWork closely with leadership and internal Sales Consultant teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceTrack daily activity and follow up with customers as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceKeep updated customer information in our CRM system What We’re Looking For In An Entry-Level Sales Consultant: Digital proficiency, including CRM tools, scheduling apps, and digital contract platformsStrong communication and people skillsMotivation, coachability, and consistencyConfidence speaking with customers face-to-face or one-on-oneSomeone who enjoys goals, competition, and personal growthA mindset focused on earning, learning, and building a long-term careerReliable transportation and ability to work on-site/in the field as neededPrior experience in sales consultant, sales closing, customer-facing, customer service, sales, solar, roofing, hospitality, retail, or athletics is helpful, but not required Schedule and Work Location: Full-timeOn-site/in the field (local travel within the assigned area for pre-set appointments) What’s In It For You?
