Interim Recruiter

The Interim Recruiter will support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for both corporate and field roles across multiple locations. This role partners closely with the recruiting team to source, screen, and hire skilled talent in a construction-focused environment during a period of rapid growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume corporate and field-based roles Source and engage candidates for national, multi-state hiring needs Partner with the recruiting team to support hiring strategy and execution Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows within the ATS Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting Background recruiting field or skilled labor roles within construction, fiber, or related industries Experience sourcing and recruiting for national roles Strong teamwork mindset with a hands-on, flexible approach Familiarity with ATS systems; SAP experience preferred
