The anticipated starting pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. This role plays a critical part in maintaining reliable connectivity across corporate and dealership operations while supporting escalated network-related issues. You’ll partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing network solutions.What You’ll DoDesign, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and subnettingSupport escalated Helpdesk tickets related to network performance and reliabilityMonitor network devices to ensure uptime, performance, and rapid issue resolutionAnalyze network traffic and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalabilityImplement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls and perimeter protectionsDevelop backup, recovery, and resiliency strategies for network systemsPartner with internal teams and third-party vendors to evaluate requirements and solutionsLead technical research and recommend cost-effective network enhancementsProvide project updates, documentation, and status reporting to leadershipTake ownership of complex issues and follow them through to resolutionMaintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practicesDeliver a high level of customer service while embodying Lithia & Driveway’s core valuesWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree preferred7+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environmentsCCNP certification or equivalent hands-on experienceStrong experience with Cisco networking equipmentAdvanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), route convergence, and AS number usageExperience supporting diverse networking platforms (HP, Dell, Brocade, SonicWall, Aruba, Ruckus, etc.)Strong attention to detail, time management, and sense of urgencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with MS Office and VisioWe offer best in class industry benefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
