Based in Southern California and traveling to job sites as needed, you’ll coordinate subs, manage timelines, and make sure every detail meets BKB’s standard of excellence.What you'll handle:Schedule and supervise subcontractors on tight timelinesEnsure projects stay on track with weekly schedule updatesMaintain daily written communication with PMs and internal teamsSubmit RFIs, manage look-ahead schedules, and drive accountabilityUphold the highest standards of professionalism on job sitesHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.8-10 years of experience preferred; candidates with at least 5 years may be considered based on training and project historyProven experience in high-end commercial restaurant constructionMust be Procore Certified (or willing to become certified before start)Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, iPads, laptops, and email communicationSkilled in producing three-week look-ahead schedules and RFIsAbility to travel throughout CaliforniaStrong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environmentsClear communicator.
