Description :DTN is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This remote role focuses on engaging and growing small-to-medium sized accounts, delivering value through DTN’s suite of industry-leading products and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about owning the full sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:Account Ownership & Relationship ManagementOwn the full sales cycle for a defined book of accounts across targeted verticalsBuild relationships with customers to uncover needs, address objections, and close dealsMaintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectivesDevelop a deep understanding of DTN’s solutions and effectively articulate value propositions to decision-makersEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and innovative solutionsExecute remote selling techniques via phone, email, video, etc.Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce or similar CRMCollaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing account growthMeet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIsSales Growth, Cross-Selling & UpsellingIdentify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value of existing customersConduct regular business reviews with clients to uncover unmet needsNegotiate contract renewals within a set threshold, ensuring continued success and profitabilityIdentify potential referrals and expansion within existing accountsQualifications & Skills2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally with SMB or high-volume accountsProven track record of quota attainment in a fast-paced, remote sales environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable selling via video and phoneProficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)Highly organized and self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to work independentlyPassion for technology and consultative sellingExperience in DTN’s core industries (agriculture, energy, weather tech, logistics) is a plusExperience in software and/or SaaS sales preferredStrong understanding of event safety sector, preferredProven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upsellingSelf-motivated, with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account managementWhy Join DTNCompetitive SalaryUnlimited PTOCollaborative and dynamic work environment.Flexible working hoursRemote work modelCompetitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans6% 401K matchingUnlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between$44,000and$57,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
