Personal Injury Intake ManagerLocation: Westwood Office - Los Angeles, CA Client: California Personal Injury Law Firm A leading personal injury law firm with multiple offices statewide is hiring a Personal Injury Intake Manager for their Beverly Hills location. This is a full-time leadership role with growth potential in a high-volume, client-focused environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Role Summary As the Intake Manager, you’ll oversee the intake team and processes—from qualifying leads to onboarding clients. You'll drive performance, improve systems, and ensure high conversion rates. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of intake specialists Set goals and monitor team KPIs Train, coach, and motivate staff Improve intake workflows for efficiency and accuracy Analyze data from CRM tools to boost performance Ensure all calls meet legal and quality standards Handle escalated client issues Report intake performance to senior leadership Collaborate with marketing, legal, and case teams Educate potential clients about the firm and their case Maintain confidentiality and high service standards What You’ll Need 5+ years intake experience in personal injury or mass torts 2+ years in a team lead or manager role Fluent in English & Spanish Strong leadership and coaching skills Proven success closing leads and improving conversions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Lead Docket, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Job Type: Full-time, In-person Pay: $90k- $100k+ Monthly Performance Bonuses Benefits: Free parking Health insurance Paid time off
