The nurse practitioner will be responsible for providing competent, patient-centered care that addresses all health needs and promotes wellness. This is a full-time position in a growing practice within a large, diverse community. NURSE PRACTITIONER RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general and preventative care Conduct physicals, order tests, and serve as a primary care provider Conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for adults Assist with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultation Educate patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments See a range of 20-30 patients per day Job Type: Full-time NURSE PRACTITIONER SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Fridays from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Work alongside an internal medicine physician and a dedicated administrative and clinical staff NURSE PRACTITIONER EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience in Primary care, and should have their CDS and DEA licenses.
