ER Registered Nurse

Seeking Experienced ER Registered Nurse for Urgent Night Shift Opportunity Join our dynamic Emergency Department team as an ER Registered Nurse, providing critical healthcare services during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume, fast-paced ED setting. Proficiently perform IV starts and monitor telemetry. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse populations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to protocols. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience. Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records. Strong skills in IV starts and telemetry monitoring. Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4 efficiently. Certification in BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS. Nice to Have Skills: Oncology experience (preferred but not mandatory). Experience floating between departments. Preferred Education and Experience: At least 2 years of ER nursing experience. Relevant certifications in emergency and pediatric advanced life support. Other Requirements: Must hold current nursing license and certifications. Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 12-hour schedule. Submission of Request for Time Off (RTO) at application; 7 consecutive days off may be granted at management discretion. Willingness to float to different units as needed.
