Description Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring for a Colorado Motor Vehicle Title Specialist I to join our team. Under remote supervision, the Colorado Motor Vehicle Title Specialist I performs a variety of office support and technical tasks relating to the Colorado motor vehicle registration and title transaction process. The role would also: Examine images online to determine if all Colorado DMV requirements are met When requirements are missing, the Specialist clearly communicates the missing requirements to the client Processes Colorado motor vehicle titles and registrations for Dealertrack clients May also be involved in auditing, validating, typing, daily cash out, daily shipping, scanning processes and any other applicable functions that support the registering and titling of motor vehicles for the state of Colorado. Your Role: Performs a variety of office support tasks, including answering the telephone, recording, and forwarding messages, answering questions via email, or telephone about Colorado title and registration requirements, and entering data into the computer Follow up phone calls and/or emails may be necessary Examine documents submitted by customers for Colorado motor vehicle titles and registrations Review transactions submitted electronically to ensure the transactions are complete Review images online to determine all Colorado motor vehicle title and registration requirements are met Communicate any missing requirements to the client Complete paperwork to process title and registration transactions Receive payments, including tax payments, from customers for vehicle registration and titling transactions Verify information on documents, including but not limited to: vehicle description, license plate, lienholder information, owner's information and mileage, etc. comparing to the data entered within the online registration system Maintain accuracy rating and productivity requirements All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: 0-2 years of Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be able to obtain and maintain access to our application to process Electronic Registration and Titling for the State of Colorado What We Look For (Preferred): Good communication skills (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail Organizational Skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform professionally Drug Testing: To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Compensation: Hourly pay rate is $14.28 - $21.39/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
