Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET C# Developer who is interested in solving complex engineering problems with a very dynamic team for our Twin Cities, Minnesota office. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing and implementing software solutions that enhance efficiency in transportation, site design, energy fields, healthcare, and other engineering and planning disciplines to ensure quality and generate analytics in our projects.This is not a remote or hybrid role. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members and business partners to determine project requirements and enhancements based on business and user needsDevelop and maintain custom software applications using .NET C# for civil design softwareEnhance existing software systems to improve functionality and user experienceQuickly evaluate bugs and apply hot fixes to resolve issuesUtilize Agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of quality software projectsStay updated on new and innovative development technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field7+ years of experienceProficiency in .Net/C# with an emphasis in desktop developmentProficiency in using software development tools, such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, and GitExperience with databases (SQL ServerOracle), ability to write store procedures, database tuning, performance optimization.Experience in modern web development technologies including Blazer, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST, and Python is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team building skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesProven track record of successfully developing, debugging, and implementing software solutions that enhance efficiency and productivityAbility to absorb new concepts quickly and a willingness to learn the basics of the civil engineering industryPreferred:Knowledge of civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and ESRI ArcGIS is preferredSalary Range: $100,000 - 120,000If you have a passion for creating cutting-edge industry software and are dedicated to delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
