Heavy Equipment Sales Leadership Opportunity Territory Sales Manager - Crane & Lift Division 📍 Eastern New York Preferred Base:|Greater Albany Area Wood’s CRW Corporation, a premier heavy equipment distributor in the Northeast, is seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to lead and grow our Eastern New York crane territory. This role manages an established book of business and represents best-in-class crane and lifting solutions to construction, utility, and heavy-lift contractors.Why Wood’s CRW Corp.Wood’s CRW Corp. is a second-generation, family-owned construction equipment distributor with more than 65 years of success in the Northeast.We are proud to be a Top Five Link-Belt Cranes distributor, offering a stable platform, strong OEM relationships, and a culture that values performance, integrity, and work-life pensation & Earnings This role offers a stable foundation with significant upside: • Base Salary: $60,000 (non-negotiable) • Uncapped Variable Compensation: Commission, bonus, and profit share • First-Year On-Target Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 , commensurate with experience • Established Customer Base: Step into an active, revenue-producing territory Actual earnings may exceed on-target total compensation based on performance Product Portfolio Represent industry-leading equipment lines, including: • Link-Belt Cranes • National Crane • Shuttlelift Carrydeck Cranes • Maeda Mini Cranes • Merlo Telehandlers Role Overview - Eastern New York You will serve as the primary sales and relationship leader for the territory, responsible for driving growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Grow and expand relationships with key contractor accounts • Develop and present complex equipment sales and rental proposals • Manage customer experience from initial engagement through delivery and follow-up • Support documentation, order processing, and internal coordination • Maintain expert product knowledge and market awareness • Provide accurate activity and pipeline reporting through CRM • Support collection efforts as needed within the territory • Travel locally within the region (valid driver’s license required) • Represent Wood’s CRW Corp. professionally in all customer interactions Qualifications • Crane and lifting industry experience strongly preferred • Heavy construction equipment or rental sales experience highly valued • Proven ability to manage a territory and close complex deals • CRM proficiency and strong computer skills required • Self-motivated, disciplined, and relationship-driven Candidates with transferable heavy equipment or rental experience will also be considered.Benefits • Medical insurance upon hire • Minimum 10 vacation days + 5 sick days upon hire • 401(k) with company match and profit sharing • Short-term disability insurance • Vehicle allowance program • 7 company-paid holidays • Ongoing OEM and technical training Ready to Take the Next Step?Join a market-leading organization with deep industry roots and a growth-focused future.Apply today to be part of Wood’s CRW’s continued success in the crane and lifting industry.
