Q&A Associate Researcher Responsibilities: Collaborate with research teams to plan and execute research studies, including scheduling and participant recruitment. Assist in designing and setting up survey tools and test materials for playtests. Moderate playtests, observe players, and document insights that inform development. Support the compilation and analysis of research data into clear reports. Facilitate group discussions and assist with post-session evaluations to gather actionable feedback. Q&A Associate Researcher Qualifications: At least six months of experience in user research or group discussion moderation. Familiarity with VALORANT or similar gaming systems and terminology. Experience with survey software such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with others. Ability to work remotely outside of the Los Angeles area.
