Applied ABC of New Hampshire - About Applied ABC Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States.What we are looking for ?Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism. Key ResponsibilitiesBehavioral Support & InterventionImplement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plansParticipate in continued staff training on ABA techniquesRegular communication with supervisory staffOperate under the supervision of a BCBAWeekday and weekend availabilityCollect therapy session data Qualifications & SkillsActive RBT certification (required).Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, ABA principles, and crisis management techniques.Strong adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to shifting student and classroom needs.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with BCBAs, educators, and school staff.Experience with AAC and functional communication (preferred).Why Choose Applied ABC?Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism.
