As an Associate Attorney in our hybrid pre-litigation and litigation role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full case cycle, develop your litigation skills, and work closely with a seasoned trial attorney.We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence in the courtroom, and a genuine passion for client advocacy. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team where your voice, contributions, and career growth truly pensation:$100,000 - 120,000 +Bonuses yearlyResponsibilities:Manage a mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.Take ownership of cases from beginning to end, including demands, filings, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings.Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered municate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines.Qualifications:2 - 6 years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation and some litigation exposure required).Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities.Ability to balance empathy for clients with strong courtroom presence.Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.About CompanyCouncil & Associates, LLC is a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta that advocates fiercely for clients who’ve suffered serious, life-changing injuries.
