Description :Supports the U.S. Compliance Risk Assessment lead with managing and facilitating the U.S. Compliance Risk Assessment and reports up into the U.S. Head of Compliance ProgramsSupports the management of the Compliance Risk Assessment framework to ensure the applicable regulatory compliance risks and internal controls are identified and assessed to determine the risk profile for in scope laws/regulations as they pertain to respective businesses and across legal entitiesSupports the facilitation of the Compliance Risk Assessment and manages the assessment process, including ensuring timely and quality completion of the assessment through the lifecycle stagesProvides subject matter expertise and leadership to Oversight Functions and other assessment participants and serve as single point of contact for stakeholders on assessment methodology, guidance, and applicable leading practicesWhere necessary, support Oversight Functions and their covered businesses with defining and logging regulatory issues and/or remedial action plansSupport the review and interpretation of aggregated results and identify methodology deviations, quality deficiencies and potential points of challengeSupport program reporting analytics and insights in collaboration with the Compliance Data Analytics and Insights teamAssist with continuous enhancements to the target state design and methodology of the Compliance Risk Assessment frameworkPossesses strong functional knowledge of U.S. banking regulations (e.g., Federal Reserve) as well as banking products and services. ability to influence and lead at a senior levelAbility to work collaboratively with cross functional partners across the three lines of defenseAbility to navigate a complex organizationDemonstrates advanced proficiency in desktop tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer Accountabilities:Works with Compliance partners and other related groups (such as Legal and Risk) to support creation of documentation and reports required by external regulatory bodies and TD internal groupsLeads development of team procedures and governance processes and advises the Compliance stakeholders and teams of changes and enhancements to enterprise Compliance programs and requirements and where they may impact in the organizationProvides governance oversight through management of the policy and training exemption governance and reporting processes to the Compliance Senior Executive Team (and related Compliance Sub-Committees)Assists Compliance team members in the use of Issues and Events system for tracking and reportingPrepares summaries, presentations, briefing notes, and any other required documentation to effectively report on the status of the Compliance programRepresents CGO as a specialist on internal or external committees as well as on enterprise-wide Regulatory Change Management initiative, as requiredDelivers relevant subject matter expertise and Compliance advice to business Compliance partnersInteracts with control functions within the organizationConducts meaningful research, analysis, and assessment of Compliance program activities at the functional level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of enterprise Compliance programsParticipates in/manages regulatory examinations and external/internal audits with respect to request for information regarding CGO portfolio;
