Must have lead generation experience working with large budgets; franchise experience preferred but not required.Must Have Exceptional Analytics and Strategy Development SkillsYou MUST be a Subject Matter Expert and up to date with the latest Google, MSN, and other paid channels have to offer and how to incorporate these latest offerings into our clients campaigns.Video and Display ExperienceAlthough the accounts are primarily Search-centric, we're looking for someone with Video and Display experience who can speak intelligently to these channels both from a strategic and technical standpoint.Project and Task ManagementAdditionally, we need some one with exceptional project and task management skills as you will may be responsible for overall task management and communication with the team.Qualifications7+ years of solid, hands-on SEM/Paid Search experience5+ years of account management experience2+ years of building and managing Google Display campaignsHas managed accounts with multi-million dollar budgetsHas experience managing complex lead generation campaignsGoogle Analytics Expert and GA4Power BI and Big QueryCriteo, AdRoll, and Top of Funnel marketing channelsProficient in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Excel, and/or google sheetsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and ensure agency-client alignmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skill (ability to interpret data and provide strategic guidance)Creative problem solver with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed executionAn understanding of search metrics (quality score, CTR, CVR, impression share, etc.)Strong organizational skillsFast learnerOpen-minded and willing to learnYou MUST have AMAZING GA4 Analytical Skills and the ability to link GA4 and Google Ads, Troubleshoot, etc.You MUST have EXCELLENT Excel skills with the ability to create AdHoc reports, Analyze Data, etcYou Will Be Responsible ForManaging and scaling $20MM+ annually, primarily across Google and MSN Ads, but potentially other channels as terfacing with C-level execs and providing regular performance updatesCommunicating performance results and providing analysis and insights (must be comfortable with data)Strategic recommendations and implementationSetting, communicating, and meeting expectationsBuilding and maintaining a strong rapport with clientsStaying ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscapeAssist in training/mentoring more junior level SEM managersReporting client/account issues/concerns to your supervisor when necessaryThis Job Is Ideal for Someone WhoThrives in a start-up environmentCan work independently but is also willing to collaborate and is open to new/different ideasSeeking to grow and develop with their role but brings at least 7 years of experience to the tableHas a “can do” attitude but is also willing to ask for help when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
