The Digital Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting all digital marketing activities, including the company website, social media presence, video, and graphics development. The Digital Marketing Production Coordinator will work with the Digital Marketing Manager to support our online presence, including our corporate website and social media channels. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with video development, including production and post-production work, and support our design efforts through development of graphics for our website and social media presence, including interactive visuals. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Work with content writers and Digital Marketing Manager on website updates and additions. Take an active role in posting new features, and repackaging and leveraging existing content using our Content Management System. Responsibilities will include content entry, HTML coding, and communication with content writers and other team members. Provide creative support to our Lead Designer and Senior Graphics manager through development of static images and interactive visuals for our branded materials, including articles, digital publications, brochures, and more. Support corporate social media presence. Responsibilities may include creating social media images from branded templates, drafting or reviewing brand-appropriate social media copy, and conducting competitive analyses. Assist with digital video production and promotion of video through website and other channels. Responsibilities may include cutting and splicing video clips, creating lower thirds and other animations, cleaning audio, developing related marketing collateral. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in a technical or creative field preferred. Two years of substantive relevant experience required. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience supporting a marketing department in a professional services environment is strongly preferred. Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical. Position requires multitasking, outstanding organizational and time management skills. Must be proficient editor and proofreader of content posted to the website. Ability to work cooperatively is required. Position requires collaboration with Marketing and Business Development department and vendors to produce materials.
