This position is at SIGNATURE STEAK. Signature Steak is an approachable steak house with a neighborhood vibe. Owner Israel Idonije has teamed with the Fabio Viviani Hospitality Group to give guests fabulous food in the South Loop. We are looking to hire a BUSSER Duties: Provide quality, and genuine, hospitality in a timely mannerEnsure that guest's feel important and welcome in the restaurantDeliver food to the appropriate table, announcing each dish. Other specific duties are as follows:Pre-bus and clean tablesAssist servers and bartenders with service as neededStock server stations and the bar as neededAbility to transition between runner and busser duties based upon service needs and/or guest needsAdheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Requirements: Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guestsEnergetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guestsExcellent verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to follow directionsAbility to pay attention to detailsBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ poundsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time We strive to embrace what makes each one of us unique; we each have our own story, and there is only one YOU.
