We pride ourselves on delivering state-of-the-art advertising solutions that integrate seamlessly with today's ever-evolving digital media landscape.The Opportunity:As a Quality Assurance Engineer II at LG Ad Solutions, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test strategies for product features while taking ownership of testing processes with minimal oversight. You will demonstrate advanced testing capabilities, mentor junior team members and work across project teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences, strong analytical abilities to identify risks and opportunities and technical expertise to implement efficient testing methodologies. As a QAE II, you will be a key contributor in driving quality improvements and innovation across the organization.This position is on-site/in office, 5 days a week in the Bangalore office.Responsibilities:Author comprehensive test plans for product features and facilitate appropriate reviews and signoffsCreate thorough test cases with detailed steps aligned with test plans and according to documented standards; methodically executes test cases and documents resultsDocument defects with appropriate severity levels and detailed steps to reproduce as well as tracing each defect to a test case and updating test cases to include validation of the defect to ensure ongoing re-testingPrevent defect escapes with close to zero defects through thorough testing and quality advocacyAnalyze and document defect root causes to prevent similar issues in future releasesAssess requirements and work with Product Team to clarify to ensure each is unambiguous, testable and overall the requirements are complete as well as generate traceability matrices to ensure 100% test coverageAuthors comprehensive and clear test summary results including metricsConsistently follow established QA processes and proceduresConduct detailed test artifact peer reviews and clearly explain feedback importanceMentor less experienced team members on testing methodologies and best practicesProposes own work priorities to the Manager for approvalProvide accurate task estimates, meet all deadlines and communicate impediments in a timely mannerShowcase ability to multi-task effectively across related itemsProvide regular status updates to management and project managers, adjusting detail level appropriate to the audienceIdentify and communicate risks, issues and opportunities (RIOs) including impact analysis through appropriate channelsRecommend improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools and metricsChampion appropriate and effective usage of test environmentsDevelop and maintain efficient automated test scripts using advanced frameworks/techniques and industry-standard tools like Playwright, Selenium, UFT, TestNG, Cypress, etcExecute API tests using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, Rest-Assured, etcDemonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration across projets teams;
