This role focuses on scope, schedule, and budget management; client coordination; risk mitigation; and cross-disciplinary communication to ensure smooth delivery and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and effective at balancing quality, timelines, and resources.Develop project plans, budgets, staffing, and resource allocations.Prepare fee proposals and coordinate scopes and contracts with internal/external teams.Plan and conduct internal/external project meetings; document decisions and actions.Monitor milestones, deadlines, and profitability targets; manage scope changes.Oversee QA/QC, constructability reviews, and coordination with other disciplines.Support client relationships and represent the firm professionally.Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)PE licensure or ability to obtain within 12 months.6+ years of structural engineering experience, including project coordination.Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
