Personal Trainer - Rollingwood YMCA

YMCA of Superior California is a community-centric association committed to inspiring all to a healthy life in spirit, mind and body. We are looking for a dedicated certified instructor who can teach multiple training formats including private training, small group training, and group exercise classes.Sub openings vary within these times: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMResponsible for coaching within our Group Fitness department with assistance from the Health& Wellness management.Perform traditional Fitness Coach duties including, but not limited to conducting assessments,attending monthly meetings, and designing class workouts for small-medium groups.Consult with new members regarding fitness goals and aspirations.Meet sales and service initiatives by creating consumer demand for fitness services.Establish clientele through developing meaningful relationships with members and providingoutstanding service.ExpectationsBe competent teaching dynamic warm-up and flexibility drillsDemonstrate competency of training techniques, including strength and conditioning formats.Be eager to learn and accepting of constructive feedbackMust be comfortable interacting with clients, children, parents, etc.Display positive demeanor towards members, guests and staff.Present yourself in a manner that will reinforce your status as a role model for our members.
