We're committed to providing dependable coverage, great value, and end-to-end satisfaction for all customers.The Product Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the Product, Underwriting, and Analytics (PUA) team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the product development lifecycle including compliance-related activitiesThis is a hybrid Summer Internship, with time in our Glastonbury, CT office. Two days are required in the office throughout the Internship.What you will do:Assist in drafting and updating policy forms using standardized language.Help ensure product compliance across website content and marketing materials for both internal and external audiences.Prepare responses to customer inquiries from other Operations teams, such as Claims, Customer Service, and Sales.Participate in a cross functional intern projectOther duties as assignedWhat YOU will bring to C&F:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentExceptional communications skills, both oral and writtenAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong organization and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detailRequirements:Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/UniversityIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $16 per hour to a maximum of $25 per hour. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
