Provide advice, counsel, and guidance to people managers at all levels of the organization. Conduct research and investigations of complaints, charges, and lawsuits. Manage employee relations processes to ensure a proactive, fair and consistent approach. Provide training to management on employment law and workplace trends. Assists Director with establishing a policy framework and support of inclusion initiatives.EducationBachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university RequiredWork Experience5 years of professional work experience in employment law or Human Resources, involving management of employee grievances RequiredAdditional QualificationsPHR or SHRM-CP PreferredSolid knowledge of employee-related labor laws, rules and regulations, including application of employment laws to human resource practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Organizational and problem-solving ability, with strong logical reasoning and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
