We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team by assisting with campaign creation and execution across channels like social media, email, and digital advertising. In this role, you’ll conduct market research to uncover trends and insights, monitor performance metrics, support social media content and engagement, help develop marketing collateral, assist with event and promotional activities, and work with cross-functional teams. You’ll also maintain marketing databases, provide administrative support, and stay informed about industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies—all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.Essential Duties · Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, digital advertising).· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, campaign effectiveness).· Support social media management efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.· Assist in the development of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, promotional materials).· Help organize marketing events, trade shows, or promotional activities.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.· Maintain and organize marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact lists.· Provide administrative support to the marketing team (scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing correspondence).· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.Skills & Qualifications · Actively enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate/ Graduate Program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Strong organizational and time management skills.· Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challengesPhysical DemandsConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, and equipment in the facility.The person in this position frequently communicates with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.Work EnvironmentGenerally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
