Picker: Superbowl Retail

Fanatics is gearing up for one of the busiest nights of the year—Super Bowl Championship fulfillment. We’re looking for reliable and experienced warehouse professionals to join our winning team as Pickers. This role is essential in ensuring that championship fan gear is picked accurately and shipped out quickly immediately following the game. Key Responsibilities • Accurately pick merchandise based on order requirements in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. • Navigate warehouse pick paths efficiently using handheld scanners or RF devices. • Safely lift, stack, and move items weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly. • Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned pick areas. • Assist team members and support other warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. • Follow all Fanatics safety procedures and operational guidelines. Required Qualifications • Prior warehouse experience is required. • Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for up to 12 hours during peak periods. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-moving environment. • Experience in order picking or fulfillment operations. • Familiarity with RF scanners or similar warehouse technology. • Ability to thrive under pressure and tight time constraints ***General Requirements*** When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
