Cluster Group Housing Coordinator

As a Group Housing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting group bookings, ensuring flawless reservation processes, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do Maintain and accurately input group block information in Delphi, OnQ R&I, PEP, and Passkey.Build group masters and process all group rooming lists, reservations, VIP requests, and billing municate daily with internal departments, group contacts, and housing bureaus to ensure contractual requirements are met.Monitor group pickup, release rooms as needed, and update all relevant systems with changes.Prepare and review reports, including rooming lists, pickup summaries, attrition details, and post-convention reports.Attend resume, pre-con, and sales meetings, providing necessary documentation and updates to stakeholders.
