Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for a Document Control Specialist in Austin, TX. This is a temp to hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of $28.79/ hour. For instant consideration, apply now Perks: + Pay starting at $28.79 per hour + Weekly paycheck + MON-FRI 8:00AM TO 4:30PM + Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to own department on a timely and accurate bases. + Provide documentation and change management support as required. + Change Request (CR) Process: Process CR through various stages of the CR process. This may include CR creation, Submission Review; Implementation, and Document Issuance (Manages the distribution of documents as needed). + CR Management: prioritize requests for urgent CRs; communicate CR issues with applicable individuals; ensures CRs are processed in a timely manner; ensure CRs comply with Doc Control Policies and Procedures. Requirements: + High School or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience with certification in assigned area required. + BM RAM and Windchill experience. + Microsoft tools such as excel and documents. + Equipment controls and calibration would be a big plus.
