Maintenance Technician Location: Woodland, CA Pay: $27 - $47 DOE Shift: Day/Night 4/10 Schedule Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support automated production and manufacturing operations in an industrial environment. Multiple openings are available across various shifts for General Technicians, Technicians, and Master Technicians , depending on skill level and experience. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical, electrical, and control systems used in continuous or highu2011volume manufacturing. Technicians work on automated equipment, PLCu2011controlled machinery, and industrial support systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Key Responsibilities: + Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment and automated production lines + Troubleshoot and repair PLCu2011controlled systems , sensors, drives, motors, and control panels + Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems + Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, blueprints, and technical manuals + Support production uptime by responding to equipment breakdowns and implementing permanent fixes + Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, PMs, and equipment history + Perform installation, modification, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and automation systems + Maintain compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and good manufacturing practices + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, safety, and equipment performance Required Skills & Experience: + Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment + Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience + PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) + Electrical troubleshooting in 3-phase industrial systems + Pneumatics and hydraulics + Preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies + Conveyor systems and automated production equipment + Blueprint, schematic, and ladder logic interpretation + Use of hand tools, electrical test equipment, and diagnostic tools Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodland, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $47.00/hr.
