Assembler - Poway - 1st Shift - $18/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling equipment and preparing it for shipping, specifically focusing on building weight lifting machines. Responsibilities + Assemble equipment and prepare it for shipping. + Build weight lifting machines using hand and power tools. + Consistently use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks. + Lift and handle weights of 50 lbs or more on a regular basis. + Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor and organize boxes as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly. + Mechanical inclination and hands-on skills. + Ability to follow instructions accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with reading blueprints is a plus. + Previous assembly experience is not required, but hands-on skills are essential. Why Work Here?
