Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans. + Perform clinical procedures and manage follow-up care in the clinic and infusion center. + Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning. + Partner with patients and families to navigate the rapid diagnosis clinic and supportive services. + Foster a positive provider culture focused on innovation and clinical excellence.
