Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Administrator will assist with daily reports and updating. Reprint and/or send invoices using customer portals. Send regular statements to customers. Scan documents and archive. Liaison with facilities to get documents necessary for customer payment (such as proof of delivery, CofC). Research payments to resolve overpayments or short payments. Research customer credit balances to determine if refund should be issued. Run ad hoc reports as needed. Use excel tools to provide data to facilities regarding collections. Assist in other areas in finance as necessary + Run reports from ERP. + Send out aging, statements, invoices, PODs, and other AR related customer documentation. + File, scan, and print supporting documentation. + Uses various customer portals to get information and submit invoices. + Prepare excel reports with pivots and summaries Pay Details: $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
