Director 3 - Facilities Operations

Role Overview Sodexo is hiring our Director Facilities for Nazareth University in Rochester, NY. We are seeking a seasoned Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leader with strong financial, operational, and relationship-building expertise. Our leader will partner closely with C-suite stakeholders, frontline teams, and clients to deliver high-performing physical plant, custodial, grounds, and construction operations within a complex environment. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented mindset, sound IFM principles, and the ability to influence decisions while managing a multi-million-dollar budget. Incentives Annual Incentive Plan Bonus Eligible What You'll Do + Lead integrated facilities operations including physical plant, custodial, grounds, construction, and ongoing operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service excellence + Manage and oversee an annual operating budget of up to $7M, ensuring strong financial controls, forecasting, and value optimization + Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, clients, and frontline teams, influencing technical and strategic decision-making + Provide leadership across complex construction and capital projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
