Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in supporting human resources operations, ensuring compliance, and assisting with talent acquisition processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company. u2022 Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential correspondence. u2022 Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials in alignment with company policies. u2022 Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through platforms like Indeed and Paycom. u2022 Assist with campus and college recruiting initiatives to attract emerging talent. u2022 Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies in all processes. u2022 Prepare and distribute offer letters and other employment-related documentation. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to execute efficient hiring processes and meet recruitment goals. u2022 Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence. u2022 Utilize HR software and systems like Paycom and HRIS to streamline operations and track employee data. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS and Paycom. u2022 Strong knowledge of onboarding, recruitment, and talent management practices. u2022 Experience conducting background checks and maintaining compliance with HR regulations. u2022 Familiarity with campus and college recruiting strategies. u2022 Skilled in drafting offer letters and managing hiring processes. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
