HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is vital in ensuring smooth human resource operations, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an efficient and welcoming workplace while confidently handling administrative tasks and employee inquiries. Responsibilities: u2022 Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization. u2022 Address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a positive and attentive work environment. u2022 Respond to inquiries related to employee benefits and provide accurate information to support staff needs. u2022 Manage timecards and ensure payroll processes are accurate and timely. u2022 Oversee and maintain the functionality and data integrity of HR systems. u2022 Coordinate and track requests related to HR processes and ensure timely resolution. u2022 Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and procedures effectively. u2022 Monitor compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. u2022 Provide guidance and support for various HR functions to meet organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role. u2022 Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and procedures. u2022 Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits coordination. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. u2022 Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management. u2022 A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in HR processes and documentation.
