Key Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and drive collections efforts, including outreach on overdue accounts u2022 Prepare and process invoices, account statements, adjustments, and daily deposits u2022 Reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, and maintain AR aging accuracy u2022 Support monthu2011end closing processes for accounts receivable u2022 Maintain and update customer account information across ERP systems u2022 Handle incoming calls and provide highu2011quality customer service u2022 Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency u2022 Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts receivable, including cash applications and collections. u2022 Proficiency in commercial billing functions and managing cash activities. u2022 Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Sage Intacct. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively. u2022 Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. u2022 Knowledge of financial processes and adherence to relevant regulations.
