Treasury Consultant

Description We are looking for an experienced Treasury Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will support the corporate treasury operations and assist with various banking functions to ensure seamless financial processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in treasury activities and a proactive approach to managing daily tasks and reporting. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage daily banking operations, including processing wires, ACH transactions, and payment proposals. u2022 Download and upload payment files into designated banking systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. u2022 Assist with vendor payment setups and address discrepancies in payment terms and routing information. u2022 Perform general ledger reconciliations and month-end close activities. u2022 Pull statements and reports from banking platforms to support financial analysis and compliance. u2022 Monitor cash flow forecasts and support debt servicing activities. u2022 Collaborate with accounts payable and payroll teams to resolve payment inefficiencies and vendor-related issues. u2022 Ensure data accuracy during system migrations and support the integration of multiple ERP systems. u2022 Provide reporting and analysis to address backlog issues and enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Support treasury team members by stepping into additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably within a banking or financial services environment. u2022 Familiarity with banking platforms, such as CashPro, and proficiency in processing wires and ACH transactions. u2022 Strong knowledge of cash flow management, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end processes. u2022 Experience in handling vendor payment setups and resolving payment discrepancies. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. u2022 Self-motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
